Here is a lecture by Dr. Russell Blaylock who gives a talk on excitotoxins.  Excitotoxins (Monosodium Glutamate, Aspartame, etc) are the ingredients which dramatically enhance the flavor of food.  Eating too many foods with these excitotoxins or eating any one food loaded with excitotoxins can cause a variety health problems.

The lecture is a whopping hour long, but will have a deeper understanding why it is important for even those NOT affected by MSG to stop eating MSG - Alzheimer's disease, diabetes.... No Joke!!!
