Our experiences, so far while attending motorcycle swap meets in Michigan, are telling us this is going to be a great season. We have seen excellent attendance at the meets and shows with interest high for the future riding season. Interestingly, Michigan is considered by most in the US as a troubled state with a zillion unemployed people. The numbers don't lie, I guess, but those that we are encountering are upbeat and filled with "hope". As much as the right wing nay-sayers would love to bring us all down, the motorcycle crowd has simply said, "Blah, to you..." and have kept a positive and healthy outlook on our future as a people and a nation. Do you think that simply getting on a motorcycle or anticipating getting on a motorcycle just wipes all the dumb shit away? Now there is something to think about and if you are feeling down, then ride more.
