Title: New Icon

We've added a new icon on the front page that looks like this...  

You can click on it and go to a pretty comprehensive website concerning the elections in the USA.  Lots of information there and the author keeps it updated.  The numbers you see are the number of Electoral Votes by party, the number of Senate members by party and the number of House members by party.

I have changed the "new icon" with a newer icon.  This should have been a while ago, but no time like the present.
