New Theme - "Live City"!!

I decided to go all out and start clicking buttons and making decisions so we can have a theme for the MisFiT City Forum.  Hopefully the theme I chose is to everyone's approval.

Live City will change 4 times throughout the day and night.  You'll see a sunrise, day time, sunset, and night time thus giving the "live" city feel.
