Turtle ala Shell

I got this recipe from my friend Bear of the TV show "Man vs Wild".

Catch turtle

Build fire (smokey is best)

Toss turtle in fire, cook 1/2 hour

Turn turtle over, cook 1/2 hour

Remove turtle from fire, open shell with knife, and consume.

I like this recipe for the easy clean up, Just wipe off your knife and your done.

This one makes my mouth water just thinking about it. Try it.
