Build a smokey fire.

Place fish on stick.

Cook fish and eat.

Try it at a campfire near you.    ~D~

Does it work with any type of Fish? Imagine cooking lobster over an open campfire. The boiling water would keep putting the fire out! ::D

I'll try it with Haddock.

One more question. Do the fish need to be gutted and filleted first, or is that only a personal preference?
