Title: Gluten vs MSG
Post by: Sassafras on October 04, 2011, 10:35:48 PM
I met a lady today who says her nine year old granddaughter has been suffering from headaches and she has been diagnosed with a "gluten" allergy.  I have found many products that say "gluten free" but still contain excitotoxins like MSG.  Gluten and MSG are NOT related people!!  I have been seeing more and more people jumping on the Gluten Free Bandwagon and it is just a deterrent from the real problem.

Yes, gluten is a problem for some people.  And the people that are affected by gluten are diagnosed at a really young age, like babies and toddlers, not youth or adults.  Gluten affected individuals have had a life expectancy of twenty, that is 20 years old.

MSG is the real problem concerning our diets.  And it's not just our food either.  It is in our everyday items like bath products, make-up, and room fresheners.

I have noticed that the number one item used by headache sufferers is Ranch Dressing.  And they put it on everything, too.  So, this is what I propose.

I suggest headache suffering individuals should totally eliminate 9 items from their diet and body care:

1.)  Ranch Dressing     The elimination of this item alone will help you ten fold.
2.)  Flavored Chips
3.)  Diet Drinks        Any fake sugar is a no-no.
4.)  Gravies       Which include Sausage Gravy.
5.)  Soups
6.)  Breaded anything    Which include Cheese Sticks, Chicken Tenders, and Olive Garden's Chicken Parmigiana.
7.)  Hair Conditioner     That's right, ladies, no conditioner is safe.
8.)  Toothpaste        The only safe toothpaste I have found is Arm and Hammer.  That, and plain Baking Soda.
9.)  Perfume        Fragrance can set off an MSG reaction.

This list is not conclusive.  It's just a starting point.  Eliminating these items from your diet is for the best because MSG harms everyone, not just those people who show reactions.

I have learned that headaches occur from chemical or tumor.  Chemicals in our diet or tumors in our brain.

Over the years that I have been sharing my knowledge about the harmfulness of MSG and I have heard of so many people eliminated MSG and other excitotoxins from their diets thus eliminating their headaches, leaves me to believe that this chemical is, again, the real problem.
