Title: Fox News??? Is it really news?
Post by: misfitguy on March 26, 2010, 07:04:25 AM

I just watched this video at Google videos.  It is really eye opening because the film producer starts out by interviewing dozens of past Fox News employees.  They tell it as it is, it would seem

If you have the time, watch the video here,

It just may cause you to change the channel.

Let me answer the question asked in the subject of this thread.  Fox News is the media wing of the GOP, or so it seemed.  Now their are those that wonder if the GOP is the political wing of Fox News.  Sassafras, my wife and the administrator of this board, suggests that Fox News is the Jerry Springer of Cable News.  I can't argue with that as well.  What is obvious to most normal thinking people is that Fox News does not report news and there is nothing 'Fair and Balanced' about their format. If you can spend a couple of hours watching this channel without your head exploding, you too will see that Fox is Fixed.  If you can't see it, then you would have to simply be one of the sheeple that Fox and the American fascist are looking for.

I really don't care if Fox is a commentary channel, but I would like it to be identified as such.  It should be called the Talk Radio of television.  When I go to my cable guide, it should not be listed with the choices I have of news channels, but should be listed under, oh, entertainment choices or infomercial choices or how about with the home shopping network where something is being sold that you don't really need, the information is skewed about it, the emotions are bloated and it costs too much.  Maybe that is where it should be in my guide.

Mick and I were eating breakfast this morning and I thought of two really silly things to call FOX News.  One... Fox News is the Jerry Springer of News... basically, anything goes.  Two... they should rename their cable network show to "Republican Talk TV".  I can already see the logos.   :)7

Well said. Here it is again in other words.
