Happening as we speak

President Obama has just arrived in Ottawa today to meet for the first time with Canadian Prime Minister Steven Harper. Harper, as it appears is a bit detained. He pushed himself so far up George Bush's butt, all that can be seen of him are the soles of his shoes. Harper's Conservatives have been trying desperately to pull him out since the inaugeration. If or when this meeting takes place, Harper will once again come out of it smelling like crap.

I love my country, but we need a leader not a follower.

I understand what you are saying.  I really don't know Canadian Prime Minister Steven Harper very well to be able to agree or disagree with you.  Although, when it comes to leaders, I do agree that we need leaders not followers.  Logically speaking, though, we will always have followers when we have leaders.
