Thank you Truthsayer. Now I better understand you. It's true one could get by with nothing more than cash in hand, then again maybe not. Some would pay $10 for a bottle of water and some would sell it for that, if the store was even open in the first place and if they had any left to sell. You are quite right in the points that you made. I'll say this though, knowing what you need and having what you need are worlds apart. One needs to have what is needed before they need it..
