Disheartening Skeptic

I was searching for one piece of information and found another.  It made me roll my eyes and want to poke a stick :O---:O at the author.  Do people like this get paid to say things like this and come to the totally wrong conclusion?  Well, anyway.

Maybe someone should tell Marshall Brain that there is a difference between free glutamic acid and bond glutamic acid.
