Back in 1969, the suspicion that MSG was harmful caused companies to take action. In 2011, people are still fighting the MSG battle, because food companies are still playing with the idea that Monosodium Glutamate is "potentially" harmful. This ingredient dabbling is pure profit driven and does not consist of concern for our health.
