Just about the time we have forgotten Darth Cheney, he decides to wave to get our attention.  I will read his book, but would like to find a free copy so as not to add to his treasury.  I used to say he is the most evil man on this planet.  Now that he has surfaced again, I still say he is the most evil man on this earth.  Anyone care to argue?
