In the weeks leading up to the primaries, MSNBC.com is offering a way for individuals to rate each candidate in five major issues - Economy, Energy, Health Care, Immigration, and Iraq War. Individuals have an 11-choice scale ranging from Strongly Agree to Indifferent to Strongly Disagree symbolized with the colors Green to Dark Grey to Red. After rating the candidates, you can see what other users have rated and compare your results to theirs.

so a couple of weeks ago I rated all the candidates again and submitted my results
. After the mix up of not submitting and re-submitting my ratings, the color pattern of my matrix grids differed even though my leniency remained the same. So remember... submit!
It was surprising to me that out of nearly 200,000 people's ratings (which, I know, really isn't very many considering the potential voting populous) almost all the candidates have an accumulated rating of "Indifferent" for each issue. I figured I would see more
agreement and
disagreement even within the two parties, but the matrix is fairly neutral across the board. Hopefully we will be able to see more change as we get closer to the primaries.
