Title: MSG Experiences and solutions - my story
Post by: eddycurrent on January 04, 2012, 09:40:42 AM
Hi guys, I spoke to you briefly by email and you suggested I join up. I have made a youtube video of how I recovered from anxiety and insomnia through my elimination of MSG and other excitotoxins from my diet - the video is here - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=30ywpwSfIJI (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=30ywpwSfIJI)

Welcome,

Your story is really one for people to sit up and take notice of.  The fact that MSG and other excitotoxins cause more than headaches is a claim that many don't adhere to.  We have received an email from a reader that used information from www.saynotomsg.com and other sites to change the diet of her 12 year old son that suffered from ADHD and simply cured him.

Please continue to share with us and the others that read this forum. Though we have few participants, the forum receives around a 100 hits a day that come from people searching for information.  The MSG section is a large part of that number.  Your story will be heard as well as your information you share or advice you can give.

warmly,

Mick Zellar

Allan,

Thank you for joining the forum and a big  [welcome] from me to you!!

Your video/story was powerful.  Thank you.  I have heard many stories over the years from excitotoxin sensitive people and only a few people make the effort to eliminate all excitotoxins from their diet.  I appreciate a success story from time to time.

Your contribution to the forum will be appreciated by others like you and me.

Thanks for your post and your video.  I'm glad that you are a success story!  It is SO hard, but we can do it.  I'm 90% there and still determined to make it.  You are an inspiration.   d(BD)b

Warmly, Michele
